Once you place your reservation you will be given the the exact address and driving directions along with a confirmation. Enter the facility by obtaining a ticket from the machine, and make your way to any available space and park head in. Make your way to our customer service desk at level one. At this time, you must present your reservation confirmation as well as your entry ticket to board our complimentary shuttle buses.
